178 pearl lots worth more than 1 million Euros were sold on the 2nd day of the 56th Myanma Gems Emporium on Tuesday.
Out of the sold pearl lots, 132 are government owned lots and 46 are private companies owned lots.
More than 2,400 gems merchants from China, Thailand, Australia, U.S. and India and over 1,000 local merchants were registered to attend this Emporium. This 56th Myanma Gems Emporium at Mani Yadana Jade Hall in Nay Pyi Taw will continue till the 20th of March – 6,974 jade lots, 500 gem lots and 274 pearl lots were set for sale under open tender system.
