





The 5 Days Training Program for Digital Upskilling and Reskilling for Mekong-Lanchang MSMES was held at the Ministry of Industry, Nay Pyi Taw in the morning on September 25.
First, the Vice Chair of MSMEs Development Work Committee Union Minister for Industry gave a remark saying the digital transformation plays the vital role for the economic development including MSMEs in such an era according to the trend the time. The digital technology facilitates the processes of industries to be easy and smooth and the human labour can be substituted with automatic system and the total performance can be enhanced. The MSMEs can utilize digital system in the balance sheet management, consumer relation management and online shopping and the production of the commodities can be boosted. With the aim of providing digital transformation of MSMEs in Mekong-Lanchang Region, the Ministry of Industry proposed to implement the necessary advance digital technologies, enhancing new methods and performance development of MSMES. As the first phase, the digital upskilling and performance development forum for the Mekong-Lancang MSMEs was conducted. As the second phase, 5 Days Training Program for Digital Upskilling and Reskilling for Mekong-Lanchang MSMES is organized etc.
Next, the Vice-Chair of Mekong-Lancang Cooperation National Coordination Unit (Myanmar), Deputy Director-General gave a remark on the training.
Then, the directors General, managing directors, experts and MSME entrepreneurs took a documentary group photo.
In the evening, the dinner for welcoming of 5 Days Training Program for Digital Upskilling and Reskilling for Mekong-Lanchang MSME was hosted at Thingaha Hotel, Nay Pyi Taw and the Union Minister for Industry delivered a remark and enjoyed the dinner together with the attendees Senior officials and the trainees, it’s learnt.
