4th Monsoon Season Tree Planting: Yangon Region CM joined the tree planting

The 4th Monsoon Season Tree Planting Ceremony of Yangon Region was held at the University of Cooperatives and Management (Thanlyin) with the attendance of Region Chief Minister Yangon U Soe Thein in the morning on 4th of July.

First, Region Chief Minister made the opening speech that the event is celebrated with the aim of sustainability of forests, cleaning and greening urban and conservation of the forest ecosystem and biodiversity. And then, the region Chief minister and officials planted trees and they viewed and encouraged planting 5202 various saplings by the students, teachers and personnel.
