44th Day Charity Feast Donation: Donation of rice and bean, fried chili and meat substitute

The charity feast donation of rice and bean, fried chili, meat substitute and vegetable biryani also took place on the 12thof July in Rakhine State as the 44thday.

In Sittwe Township area, in the morning of the 12th of July, 6,000 boxes of rice and bean, fried chili and meat substitute and 500 boxes of vegetable biryani were made in places including the Fire Services Department, the Sittwe Station, the Forest Department, monasteries, the Nursing Training School, the People’s Hospital, governmental offices and TetKal Pyin Village as well as for members of the Myanmar Police Force and volunteering groups who are making efforts for rehabilitation works in the extremely severe cyclonic storm-affected areas.

In the evening, 6,500boxes of boxes of rice and bean, fried chili and meat substitute were made in Kone Tan Ward, U-YinTha Village, Bu May Village, Set Yoe Kya Ward and Anauk San Pya Ward. It’s reported that till the 12thof July, over 560,000 food boxes were donated in Rakhine State. The SKY NET for People, Myanmar Licensed Contractors Association, Myanmar Licensed Contractors Association (Rakhine State), Myanmar-China Buddhism and Cultural Exchange Association, Myanmar-India-China International Cooperation &Economic Development Association, Myanmar Licensed Contractors Public Co., Ltd and Inter-Faith Friendship Organization are jointly carrying out the daily donation of charity feast in Rakhine State. The donation is set to take place till the 18th of July, it’s learnt.
