43rd Day Charity Feast Donation: SAC Chairman Prime Minister visits donation site

The charity feast donation of vegetable biryani with meat substitute also took place on the 11th of July in Rakhine State as the 43rd day.

Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing on Tuesday visited a site in Sittwe Township area where the donation of vegetable biryani with meat substitute was made.

There, the Senior General awarded 5 million Kyats for those participating in this ongoing charity feast donation. And, members of the Inter-Faith Friendship Organization expressed words of wish to the Senior General.

Regarding the July 11 donation, in the morning, 6,500 boxes of vegetable biryani with meat substitute donation were made in places including the Fire Services Department, the Sittwe Station, the Forest Department, monasteries, the Nursing Training School, the People’s Hospital, governmental offices and SayTaMarGyi Village as well as for members of the Myanmar Police Force and volunteering groups who are making efforts for rehabilitation works in the extremely severe cyclonic storm-affected areas.

In the evening, 6,500 boxes of vegetable biryani with meat substitute donation were made in SetYoneSu Ward, MinGan Ward, YwarGyiTaung Village, MaGyiMyaing Village and BuMay Village. It’s reported that till the 11th of July, over 547,000 food boxes were donated in Rakhine State.

The SKY NET for People, Myanmar Licensed Contractors Association, Myanmar Licensed Contractors Association (Rakhine State), Myanmar-China Buddhism and Cultural Exchange Association, Myanmar-India-China International Cooperation & Economic Development Association, Myanmar Licensed Contractors Public Co., Ltd and Inter-Faith Friendship Organization are jointly carrying out the daily donation of charity feast in Rakhine State. The donation is set to take place till the 18th of July, it’s learnt.
