3rd tree planting ceremony: MoEP planted trees third time across the country

The Ministry of Electric Power organized 3rd 2024 Monsoon tree planting ceremony at the Ministry’s Central Training School in Nay Pyi Taw on 5th August.

First, the Union Minister U Nyan Tun and the Deputy Minister Aye Kyaw planted teak saplings at the designated places. Next, the Union Minister encouraged the attendees who are planting the saplings. During the ceremony a total of 1,578 saplings including teak and perennial saplings.

On the same day, tree planting ceremonies were also held at the offices, substations and power stations in regions and states under the Ministry and a total of 5,436 saplings were planted during the ceremonies. Therefore, a total of 7,014 saplings were planted during 3rd 2024 Monsoon tree planting Ceremony.
