30th Charity Feast Donation :Vegetable biryani donated to thousands of people

The charity feast donation of vegetable biryani also took place on the 28th of June in Rakhine State as the 30th day.

In Sittwe Township area, in the morning of the 28th of June, 6,500 boxes of vegetable biryani donation was made in places including the Fire Services Department, Sittwe Station, Forest Department, Myanma Posts and Telecommunications Office, monasteries, governmental offices, schools, Nursing Training School, Na Ta La Orphanage, Ywar Thar Yar Village, Thel Chaung IDP camp and Koe Saung Village as well as for volunteering groups who are making efforts for rehabilitation works in the extremely severe cyclonic storm-affected areas.

In the evening, 6,500 boxes of vegetable biryani donation was made in 8 villages including Ma Gyi Myaing, Set Yone Su, Thein Tan and Let Ta Ma Kone as well as in Kon Tan Ward. It’s reported that till the 28th of June, over 378,000 food boxes were donated in Rakhine State.

The SKY NET for People, Myanmar Licensed Contractors Association, Myanmar Licensed Contractors Association (Rakhine State), Myanmar-China Buddhism and Cultural Exchange Association, Myanmar-India-China International Cooperation & Economic Development Association, Myanmar Licensed Contractors Public Co., Ltd and Inter-Faith Friendship Organization are jointly carrying out the daily donation of charity feast in Rakhine State. 

The donation is set to take place till the 13th of July, it’s learnt.
