2nd week mass walk: Magway Region CM participated in mass walk

The 2nd week mass walk marking December sports month was conducted in front of the Office of Magway Region Chief of Police Force on Saturday with the active participation by the Chief Minister U Tint Lwin,Region Ministers, Region/District/Township-level departmental personnel,students and teachers from universities and degree colleges and local people. 

First, the event was inaugurated by the Chief Minister with ceremonial gun fire.The mass walk started from Office of Magway Region Chief of Police Force to Bogyoke Road, passed through PyiTawThar Road, along Metta Road and B.E.H.S (1) road and the participants conducted collective physical exercises Volume (1) and (2). The Chief Minister and concerned officials provided snacks and water bottles to those who are participated in activities.

This was followed by collective cycling event and lucky draw program with the joyous participation by the students from Magway Region and local people. 

In addition to cycling event, the competitions such as fitness dance,racing,shot put and footballshot as well as various Myanmar traditional sports will also be conducted at the stadium.
