





An art exhibition of children under 12 years of age are being showcased at the Golden Art Valley in Yangon.
This is the second time Children’s Art Exhibition, organized by Rainbow Art Class.
The displayed paintings are the creations of the trainee children who have been trained for about six months.
Zaw Myint Lwin (Saya Pachi), Rainbow Art Class said "In this Rainbow Art Class, children at the age between 7 and 12 create their paintings. Here, we conduct the training for watercolor painting for 2 months and acrylic painting for 4 months. In this summer, a total of 50 children joined the art class and among them I choose 20. After that, I have trained them for 6 months to showcase their creations at the Golden Art Valley. I want to invite everyone to enjoy the creations of my trainees. "
Over 300 paintings are on display at the exhibition, and the visitors can enjoy the various paintings that have been drawn by the trainee children as inspired by their emotions.
Hmu Thitsar Kyaw, Child Artist said "In this Art Exhibition, 18 paintings of mine are showcasing. Among them, the art lovers can see my creations U-Bein Bridge in the style of Van Gogh because I like drawing Van Gogh style painting in combination of Myanmar culture. I have painted this picture for a month by using acrylic on 6 feet canvas. I’m very pleased to create this kind of painting."
The exhibition will be held from 22nd to 26th December, and any enthusiasts are invited to come and enjoy the arts of children from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm during the event time.
