28th Charity Feast Donation: Vegetable biryani donated to thousands of people

The charity feast donation of vegetable biryani also took place on the 26th of June in Rakhine State as the 28th day

In Sittwe Township area, the 7,800 boxes of vegetable biryani donation was made in places including the Fire Services Department, Sittwe Station, Forest Department, Myanmar Posts and Telecommunications Office, Nursing Training School, Na Da La Orphanage, schools, Aung Dine Monastery, volunteering groups who are making efforts for rehabilitation works in the extremely severe cyclonic storm-affected areas and Baw Du Pha IDP camp in the morning of the 26th of June.

In the evening, this 5,200 boxes of boxes of vegetable biryani donation was made in villages including Kyay Taw, Mg Ni Pyin, U Yin Thar, Set Oh and Tha Yet Kone. It’s reported that till the 26th of June, over 350,000 food boxes were donated in Rakhine State.

The SKY NET for People, Myanmar Licensed Contractors Association, Myanmar Licensed Contractors Association (Rakhine State), Myanmar-China Buddhism and Cultural Exchange Association, Myanmar-India-China International Cooperation & Economic Development Association, Myanmar Licensed Contractors Public Co., Ltd and Inter-Faith Friendship Organization are jointly carrying out the daily donation of charity feast in Rakhine State.
