20 countries agree to ease sanctions if Venezuela commits to free elections

At the end of a summit in Bogotá on Venezuela's political crisis, Colombian foreign minister says the delegations from 20 countries, including the United States, support easing sanctions against the Venezuelan government if it commits to free and transparent elections, with guarantees for the country's opposition parties.
