1st India-European Union Strategic Dialogue

India’s External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar and EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs Kaja Kallas hold productive discussions on deepening cooperation in defense, maritime security, counter-terrorism, cyber & AI, space and defence industry collaborations. 

Leaders also shared perspectives on Indo-Pacific, situation in Europe and West Asia.  Minister Jaishankar said that India supports the goal of concluding a balanced India-E.U. Free Trade Agreement by the end of this year. Speaking on terrorism, the Minister said that India strongly believes that there must be a zero tolerance policy for terrorism in all its form and manifestations.
