1st Birthday: Celebration For Baby Elephant

A party was held for the baby elephant ‘Khin La Pyae Htay’ on her 1st Birthday. The birthday celebration took place at Palin River View Elephant Camp in Nyaung-U Township area of Mandalay Region.

The baby elephant was born on the 11th of November 2019 two years after the Camp was opened. Palin River View Elephant Camp with 7 elephants is an elephant based tourism site in the area, attracting a large number of visitors.

The Camp has been closed since March 2020 for COVID-19 prevention, but, receiving elephant buffets from elephant lovers across the country through online, according to the Information and Public Relations Department.
