19th Plenary Meeting: 8th 47-member SSMNC continued in Yangon

The nineteenth plenary meeting of the 8th 47-member State Sangha Maha Nayaka Committee continued at Thiri Mingala Kaba Aye Hill in Yangon on Friday. State Sangha Maha Nayaka Committee Chairman Dr. Bhaddanta Cantimabhivamsa presided over the meeting and Joint Secretary Sayadaw Bhaddanta Pannadhaja acted as the master of ceremonies.

The meeting discussed the Vinicchaya matters, religious affairs and academic activities and sought for approval. In addition, the work undertakings of first sub-committee during their sixth tenure were discussed and sought for approval.
