15,000 teddy bears displayed in Doha in memory of children killed in Gaza

15,000 small teddy bears have been displayed in an art installation in Qatar named “Echo of Lost Innocence”, to commemorate the children killed in Gaza in the Israel-Hamas war. Each teddy was dressed in a black t-shirt with the text "I’m not just a number," written on it.The installation will be on display between September 16-26.

Each teddy bear will be sold, with 100 percent of the proceeds donated to the children of Gaza.“This installation serves as a reminder to the international community to work harder towards achieving a ceasefire in Gaza and restoring hope for the children of Palestine,” said the Lebanese artist who created the installation.
