13th group of Gaza child patients arrives in Jordan

A group of 12 sick children from the Gaza Strip arrived in Jordan on Wednesday for medical treatment, marking the 13th such evacuation under a humanitarian medical corridor initiative launched earlier this year. The children, accompanied by 38 family members and others, will receive professional medical care at local public and private hospitals.

The patients and their families would be sent back to Gaza once their medical treatment is complete, making space for subsequent groups of children in need of care. Jordan said it will continue to cooperate with regional and international partners to expand humanitarian assistance and help the people of Gaza gradually walk out of the shadow of war.
