13th Edition of ATOMEXPO: Union Ministers attended the int’l forum in Russia

The Myanmar delegation led by the Union Minister for Electric Power U Nyan Tun and Union Minister for Science and Technology Dr. Myo Thein Kyaw who are currently in Russian Federation, accompanied by Myanmar ambassador to Russian Federation U Thit Lin Ohn and officials attended the 13th Edition of ATOMEXPO-2024 International Forum held in Sochi City on 25th March.

First, the Myanmar delegation led by the Union Ministers viewed round the international exhibition booths related to the nuclear at the 13th Edition of ATOMEXPO-2024 International Forum together with the attendees. Next, the Union Ministers attended the opening ceremony of 13th Edition of ATOMEXPO-2024 International Forum and a plenary session held with the topic of clean Energy: creation of future together.

In the afternoon, Union Minister U Nyan Tun met with the Director General - Grigory Nazarov from NovaWind JSC Company and Director General- Andrey Rozhdestvin from JSC Rusatom Energy Projects Company and discussed the maters relating to the wind Power and small sclae Hydroelectric Power plants which are the renewable energies and to be invested in Myanmar and thermal Energy Power plant.
