Especially, Mandalay General Hospital receives the oxygen the most and many other hospitals in Mandalay Region also come and get the oxygen here. There are people who use to get oxygen from our plant for 3 to 5 consecutive years. We always donate a hundred 40-liter oxygen cylinders daily."

Due to the demand for oxygen during the COVID-19 outbreak, we collect a lot of oxygen cylinders with the efforts of the donors. We are going to make donation of oxygen for the whole life. Well-wishers will have to live longer as they donate oxygen which is essential for the life of patients. Well-wishers are also needed for the costs of electricity bill to operate the oxygen plant."

The Pearl Sayadaw started donation of oxygen in Mandalay Region since 2004. “Pyi Thu Atwat Pearl Oxygen Plant” was established due to the high demand for oxygen during the COVID-19 outbreak in Myanmar. At present, the plant has been operating for one and a half year.
