• 4 cups sticky rice flour
  • ½ cup rice flour
  • 1 coconut
  • 14 oz sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Banana leaves


Knead the mixtures of sticky rice flour, rice flour and salt well adding water little by little to make nice smooth dough. Mix grated coconut flesh with sugar and salt thoroughly till sugar melts. Take and egg size of dough, press it flat, stuff coconut mixture inside and seal it. smear oil on the cleaned banana leaves. Fold the leaf into a conical shape and put the stuffed dough in. Pack the snack by folding ends to form a pyramid. Steam the snacks in a steamer for 20 minutes till cooked.
