Secret Training Exposed: The Trainings Aimed To Accelerate The Violent Attacks
One trainer and 14 trainees who have finished a terrorist training conducted with the aim of accelerating the violent attacks in Rakhine State were arrested in Maunggyi-taung village of Buthidaung Township on 4 of January. They have been detained under the criminal procedures and conducted the necessary interrogations. According to interrogations, the 3 times of terrorist training was conducted during June and July of 2016 including a two-week training for violent attacks at a hill west of Darpaingsayar Village in Buthidaung Township given by Bangladeshi nationals and Mawlawi Adu Razauk from Paletaung Village in Chinthamar Village-tract and attended by 30 trainees of villagers from Darpaingsayar Village and nearby villages, the other trainings given to 25 villagers of Gawduthara and Maunggyitaung Villages, the training given to 5 villagers in the garden owned by Abu Karsein in Darpaingsaya village and the one given to also 5 villagers in the garden owned by Ibarahein in Hsin-O-Pyin village. The villagers were trained the techniques of violent attack, homemade weapons and martial art. The trainees and the instructors of two Bangladeshi nationals assembled the homemade weapons. The other two villagers of Maunggyitaung village also brought 16 weapons from neighboring country crossing Tukuparlong Refugee Camp in Bangladesh to Mammaud Karyar in Maungyitaung Village, who was instructed to recruit young people and told that about 100 armed terrorists would came to Myanmar on 20 January 2017. Mammaud Karyar , Mammaud Shar and Larlu were also told to provide food, clothing and shelter for the attackers before they attack army and police outposts in Buthidaung. The financier of the group was Mammaud Shah of Maungyitaung Village, according to the interrogations. Following the interrogation, authorities have detained Mumud Shah from Maunggyitaung Village for further interrogation and measures are being taken to arrest those who are connected with the trainings.
