18 January 2018

Japan's space agency has successfully launched a solid fuel rocket named Epsilon-3 today. This marks the third of its type in observation satellite with a compact but high-performing radar, Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency said.

The Epsilon three-stage rockets are part of a new generation of solid propellant rockets. This technology  makes it possible for launch costs to be reduced up to one third, according to JAXA.
